The sail-like fabric structure at this recreational park provides a sheltered area as well as a unique design element. The small scale of the project financially as well as spacially called for the details to be funtional as well as cost efficient. The simplicity of the details lend themselves to be instructional as to the inner workings of the balance of forces that create the shapes that make fabric structures so unique as roof elements.
