The new building is located at 1932 Bryant Avenue, in the West Farms neighborhood of the Bronx, NY. It is 15 stories tall, and accommodates 319 affordable housing units, ground floor level commercial spaces, and a community facility. It situated on a narrow, sloped site, with rock outcroppings, and sits within a landscaped forecourt.
The building structural system utilizes steel and plank construction.
