Building amenities include penthouse level lounge, rooftop terrace, private party room, private chef’s kitchen, gym, screening room with stadium seating, and children’s play room.
The 23 story tower structural system utilizes cast-in-place concrete construction. The 2 story commercial / institutional building utilizes structural steel construction.
