100 Jay Street is a 33 story luxury residential building, located in the heart of the DUMBO neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY. The tower accommodates 267 apartments, includes ground floor commercial spaces along Jay, Front, and York Streets, and also provides below grade parking. A curved glass “sail” façade, which faces West over the Manhattan Bridge, is one of the building’s unique special features.
The building structural system utilizes cast-in-place concrete construction, supported by a pile foundation system.
