Logan Fountain is a new, 13 story, affordable housing development in the rezoned district of East New York, Brooklyn, NY. The Western wing will accommodate supportive and affordable housing, and the Eastern wing will accommodate a 169 unit family shelter, which will be operated by HELP USA. Total number of units will be 326. The ground floor will also accommodate retail spaces along Atlantic Avenue. The U shaped building include an accessible outdoor landscaped courtyard and children’s play area adjacent to an indoor common area and children’s playroom.
The building structural system utilizes cast-in-place concrete construction.
