Park Haven Apartments is a new 10-story, mixed-use building, accommodating 178 affordable residential units. The ground floor accommodates commercial space, including a “FRESH” grocery store. The project was designed to meet Passive House and Enterprise Green Community standards, and includes a rooftop PV solar array.
The building structure utilizes block and plank construction, and includes a second floor structural steel transfer system over ground floor commercial spaces.
