The Taystee Lab Building is a new 11 story, 300,000 GSF building, developed on the site of the former Taystee Bread Bakery factory. It is a Class A, LEED certified office / life sciences building located at the intersection of West 126th Street and West 127th Street in Harlem, NYC. Building amenities include nearly 20,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor space, private garden-level terraces, and a landscaped pass-through that provides direct access to West 125th Street.
The building structural system utilizes steel framing, with composite concrete and steel floor systems.
