It consists of two 8 story residential towers over ground floor retail spaces, and a lower level indoor parking garage. The two buildings accommodate 190 affordable rental apartment units, with amenities including resident lounges, fitness rooms, and landscaped 2nd floor rooftop terrace in the courtyard between the buildings.
The building structure utilizes block and plank construction, and includes a 2nd floor structural steel transfer system over ground floor commercial spaces and landscaped terrace courtyard.
